Batucada of the Saint. Walk for peace

Departing from the Rossio, various organisations representing Afro-Brazilian culture in Lisbon parade to Largo de Santo António da Sé, accompanied by Pai Pote. On reaching their destination, Pai Pote and Frei Jorge will preside over a ceremony that blesses all the participants.

11:30am - Groups gather in Praça D. Pedro IV, next to the Rossio south fountain

1:00pm - Departure from the Walk for Peace (from Rossio to Largo de Santo António da Sé)

2:30pm - Ecumenical ceremony in Largo de Santo António da Sé, with the participation of Pai Pote and Frei Jorge Marques
