Building bonds of affection between mother and/or father and baby through touch and eye contact and learning to relieve colic and improve breathing are some of the things we explore in this session which promises many more discoveries during the visit to the emblematic model of Lisbon from before the earthquake of 1755.

The baby should wear clothes that are easy to dress and undress.

 

Required materials:

Beach towel or equivalent
Fabric diaper
Comfortable clothes and shoes for both - we advise the mothers to use pants
Comfortabel socks for the mother to wear on indoor sessions
