The first steps towards the renovation of the Loulé Municipal Museum have been taken with the new museological site of the Islamic Baths and the Manor House of Barreto. Its museography was based on concepts of sustainability, accessibility and inclusion.
The involvement of a multidisciplinary team overseeing the work from the very beginning was vital to achieving a final result that casts the museum into the future, communicating and interacting with the community and strengthening territorial identity and social cohesion.
