Manouchka

A late afternoon at the Museu de Lisboa - Teatro Romano, with the possibility of a free visit to the museum, a live music concert and a wine tasting.

On this last Thursday of March, we'll have the performance of the Manouchka, a prestigious international band in Portugal playing the music of Django Reinhardt, a guitarist who was at the genesis of the Gypsy Jazz style in the 1930s.

Nuno Marinho (guitar) and Marian Yanchyk (violin) invite the best national and international musicians of today to join the band.

The founders of Associação Jazz Manouche - Django Portugal have already played in Paris in 2018 and in São Paulo in 2019. Regular participants in national festivals, since 2020 they organize the biggest annual event in our country dedicated to Gypsy Jazz Manouche and Sinti, the Django Portugal Festival, which this year takes place in June and July, in Lisbon, Coimbra, Évora, Beja, Elvas, Cascais and Sesimbra.
