Pompei - Eros e mito

A documentary about one of the most famous archeological sites, presented by Isabella Rossellini. The film, directed by Pappi Corsicato, explores Pompeii, a city cloaked in mystery which, over the course of history, has influenced culture and art, from Neoclassicism to Contemporary Art, through images and words by the great artists and writers who visited and imagined it.

The film projection will be followed by a wine tasting with a view over Lisbon and the river Tagus, a tribute to the Roman god Bacchus.

This event is included in the programme of the Italian Film Festival, and is supported by the Cooperativa Agrícola de Sto. Isidro de Pegões.
